Confiserie Paulsen was founded by Wolfgang Paulsen in Hamburg in 1928 and taken over by the Biebl family in 1998. The shop is located in the Hanseviertel (until 2012 on Postrasse) and is one of the top spots in the Hanseatic city. Only high-quality chocolates, marzipan products, ginger, fruits such as candied orange tips in fine dark chocolate, as well as confectionery from all over the world are available there. Paulsen's delicacies are produced in its own factory in Hamburg-Hohenfelde.
